Do I pay anything monthly?
No. You pay once for the shoot. Your tour stays live on your free Venu page with no monthly subscription.
What counts as one space?
A space usually means one 360 view. Most bedrooms, kitchens, lobbies or pool areas need one view each. If an area is large or needs more angles to make sense, we will confirm that before the shoot so the price is clear.
Can I use the tour on WhatsApp, Instagram or my booking page?
Yes. You can share the Venu page anywhere you would share a normal link: WhatsApp, Instagram bio, your website, a listing or a QR code.
Can customers book from the tour page?
Yes. Your Venu page can hold the virtual tour, WhatsApp, booking or website links, Instagram, contact details, property information and extra services together. Guests can inspect the space, then call, message or book from the same page.
What is a Venu page?
It is a free shareable page for your property on venu.ng. It can hold your virtual tour, contact information, booking or enquiry action, property details and any service guests need before they decide.
What else can I show besides the rooms?
You can include the spaces that help a guest decide: entrances, parking, kitchen, pool, restaurant, compound, event areas, balconies or service areas.
Can the tour be updated later?
Yes. If you renovate, add rooms or want new areas included, we can update the tour and your Venu page. Update shoots are priced from ₦100,000.
How soon can the tour go live?
Usually within days of the shoot, depending on the property size and schedule. Send the property type and location on WhatsApp; we will confirm timing before you book.
