Virtual Tour Company in Lagos
Venu shoots professional 360° virtual tours across Lagos — hotels, shortlets, apartments and event spaces. ₦100,000 covers up to 10 spaces, hosting included, no monthly fees, live within days of the shoot.
A virtual tour is a set of linked 360° points a viewer can stand in, look around, and move through — your property, explorable from any phone, exactly as it is. Guests inspect the real space before they pay, before they doubt, and before they choose somewhere else. This page covers what we shoot, how an engagement works, and what it costs.

The product explains itself faster than a page can. This is a live tour of a Lagos property — drag to look around, tap the floor points to move:
What we shoot
Shortlets and BnBs — where the tour answers the question every guest silently asks before paying a deposit: is this place real? More on the shortlet case at virtual tours for shortlets.
Hotels and guest houses — full-property coverage including room types, so the tour works on booking pages, Google profiles and group enquiries. Details at hotel virtual tours.
Apartments and duplexes — for owners and agents who want a listing that can be inspected remotely rather than described repeatedly.
Event spaces, restaurants, gyms, schools — anywhere a customer wants to see the space before committing to it.
How an engagement works
It starts on WhatsApp: you tell us the property type and location, we confirm the space count and the total price — plainly, before anything is scheduled. The shoot is one visit of about two hours on professional 360° hardware. Within days you receive your link and a QR code. The link goes everywhere guests find you: WhatsApp replies, Instagram bio, booking pages, your Google profile. The QR code works on-site — a guest or visitor scans it and walks the property from their phone.
There is nothing to maintain afterwards. Hosting is included for the life of the tour, the link keeps working, and there is no app for you or your guests to install.
What it costs
₦100,000 covers up to 10 spaces — a space being one shot location: a bedroom, a reception, a pool area. Most shortlets and apartments fall entirely under that base. Larger properties pay a per-space rate beyond 10, agreed before the shoot. The full breakdown, including what typical Lagos property types end up paying, is on the pricing page.
Where we work
We shoot across Lagos — Lekki, Victoria Island, Ikoyi, Ikeja, Ajah and surrounding areas — and can usually schedule within the week. Properties outside Lagos are taken case by case; ask on WhatsApp.
To get a tour for your property: message us with your property type and location. We'll confirm your space count and price before anything is scheduled.
